I just wrote a description of the Ritz-Carleton hotel chain that started: The Ritz name has been synonymous with luxury for over 110 years. After all, F. Scott Fitzgerald didn’t title his famous short story, “The Diamond As Big As the Motel 6,” did he?

It's good to remain able to amuse oneself.
