That Strange Luminescence
Jan. 26th, 2024 09:13 amIn the first dream I’ve remembered in ever so long, D & R had come to visit the Little Store, and R really, really liked it! But the rest of the dream floated away before memory could grab onto its string.
It stopped raining yesterday, and it was very warm (50°s.) So I went out tromping. A strange luminescence appeared in the sky.
For whatever reason, I was in a merry, antic mood all day. The world was my happy place!
It’s raining again now. The way God (apparently) intends it.

Dr. Gaunt called me in for another blood draw. It seems that my thyroid levels are off. Wow! I thought. Maybe they’ll put me on levothyroxine. That would be like a script for speed, right? Woo-woo!
It would also account for those high LDL levels. Because my HDL levels are quite good, and honestly, I don’t eat that badly.
Chattered with Stew for about half an hour. When Stew is not stressed out, he is quite fun to chatter with, good sense of humor, beaucoup de shared reference points: After all, we’ve known each other for a billion years.
Today, I am looking at a To Do list that’s like five miles long.
(As in:
My daddy, he’s a handsome devil
He's got a chain five miles long…)
TaxBwana starts on the fifth. And I’ve gotta shitload of loose ends to tie up before that.
