Think About That Old George Carlin Joke

The letter to RTT took much longer to write than I thought.

By the time I was done, it was 80°, which is wayyy too hot to tromp, but I tromped anyway.

I have this idea that if I can just spend four hours every day, absorbing Vitamin D from the ambient sunlight, I’ll stay sane. More or less.

Tromping in the heat is no fun, though.

Tromping with the ten extra pounds I’ve gained in lockdown is no fun, either.

I’m so fucking tired of coronavirus.

I don’t want to think about it.

I don’t want to talk about it.

I don’t want to hear other people talk about what they think of it.

Resolved: People should wear face masks! is actually a pretty fucking boring topic to debate.

I don’t care if there are huge crowds sans masks or social distancing protocols at beaches, parks and pool parties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Missouri.

Remember that old George Carlin joke? Think about how stupid the average person is. Now, think about the fact that half the population is stupider than he is!
