The Falcoln and the Falcolner

I saw a pretty cool guy today:



Apart from that today has been… difficult. I dreamed I was Leda being pursued by a swan straight out of a Bugs Bunny cartoon – "Sweethot! What's a nice bird like you doin' in a place like this, yuk, yuk?" The swan was black and chomping on a cigar.

Then I woke up, immediately Googled "black swan" and freaked out.

I feel like I'm witnessing – maybe about to witness – something on a par with the destruction of Atlantis.

I don't pretend to have any precognitive ability so it's more likely I'm having – maybe about to have – a nervous breakdown! Those are usually coupled with waves of grandiosity coupled with paranoia, right?

Meanwhile reading The Devil Wore Prada which is such a bad book that it's infinitely soothing. And damn! There's even more candy corn.
