I'm not going to link to that Keith Olberman parody of the Larry Craig bust because you know, it's Number One on the YouTube hit parade. You can find it for yourself. It's totally hilarious and of course, fascinating on a deeper level as well: such a perfect storm of technology and political contretemps.
YouTube more-or-less dooms Giuliani or Fred Thompson's chances of becoming president. They're just too ripe for parody.
(Unless those right wing radio talk show wingnuts are right and a small nuclear device levels the port of Seattle. Then martial law is declared and we don't have elections, we have succession.)
Anyway, the video made me laugh and laugh. Why is it so funny? Is it the mop the Craig actor is wearing to simulate grey hair? The doofus expression on his face?
I will also add that slimy as I find the Senator from Idaho, I am against legal entrapment in any form. I have no doubt Officer Dave Karsnia tapped first.
