My LJ is just a bowdlerized version of my real life journal anyway. No big deal if it disappears -- I have the primary source material.
I'd be sad to lose contact with the people on my flist though -- I've felt honored and privileged to catch glimpses of the world through your eyes over the past 5 years. (Yes, that goes for you -- even though I don't comment all that much.)
