Transportation Secretary Duffy outlined in detail the new Adminstration's policy on mid-air collisions. How the Biden Administration totally failed in the simple task will be a matter for history to determine.

But now at least everything has been cleared up.

"It is not standard to have aircraft collide. I want to be clear on that."
