Re: Long chains

They do potato fries and plantain fries. They are clearly pushing the latter, but I am a traditionalist when it comes to fries, so I chose the former.

I did wonder whether the plantain fries would have tasted okay with this oil.

But anyway, yes. New little restaurant, shoestring operation, labor of love.
